Apex Pro
About Apex Pro

We built the software we needed on our own jobs.

Apex Pro comes from Inspector Pros, a home inspection company in Socorro, Texas. We run our inspections on it every day, so every rough edge gets felt by us first, and fixed.

Why it exists

Too many tools, none of them talking.

A typical inspection touches a booking form, a report app, a PDF tool, an e-signature service, a payment link, a texting service and a spreadsheet for pay. Each one was fine on its own. Together they meant retyping, chasing, and clients asking where their report was.

So we put the whole job in one place. The phone in the attic, the office scheduling tomorrow, the client paying an invoice and the agent checking on a report all work from the same record. The software checks the work before it goes out, the way a good office manager would.

Now we're opening it to other inspection companies, a few at a time, so each one gets the same setup we'd want: templates that match how you inspect, forms that print right, and automations that sound like you.

How we build it

Three rules we don't break.

It has to work in the field.

No signal, gloves on, ladder in one hand. If a feature doesn't survive a real inspection, it doesn't ship.

Nothing goes out wrong.

Reports are checked before they publish, clients only sign their own agreements, and texts only go to people who agreed to them.

Your business stays yours.

Your templates, your wording, your branding, and your records, exportable whenever you want them.
